Message Notifications & Reply
In this article we'll go over how to get notified for incoming SMS notifications and how to respond to them.
Important SMS Messages are not forwarded to the the to Call Handling for the Tracker. Instead they are emailed with our Notifications.
- Get Notified for New SMS Messages

To get notified for incoming SMS Messages, create a Notification setting to send an email for incoming Messages. With the notification configured, an email will be sent for each inbound SMS Message with the message content and a link to the conversation where you can reply to the message.
- View Unread SMS Messages

To view Unread SMS Messages, navigate to the "Messages" tab where you'll find a history of all messages and SMS conversations. By default, the list is sorted by "Last Updated", and it also shows unread message counts helping you stay on top of your ongoing SMS conversations.
- Send SMS Reply to SMS Message

You can view and respond to messages in a familiar chat like interface where you can see your entire conversation history of previous messages you've sent to the recipient.
