Important SMS Messages are grouped into "Conversation" threads between your tracking number and the recipient similar to a phone groups your SMS messages together into conversation thread.

To view SMS Messages, navigate to the "Messages" tab where you'll find a history of all messages and SMS conversations. By default, the list is sorted by "Last Updated", and it also shows unread message counts helping you stay on top of your ongoing SMS conversations.

You can view and respond to messages in a familiar chat like interface where you can see your entire conversation history of previous messages you've sent to the recipient.
