Tags are useful to categorize your message conversations to support your business workflow and reporting needs. See more about tagging in Tags Overview.
Important Message Tags are applied at the "Conversation" level which means that all messages with the same number will get the same tags.
Tags can be added to Message Conversations on the Conversations Details view. In the Conversation Details section you'll see tags input to select from available tags in your company. Choosing the tag will automatically save the tag to the conversation.
Message Conversations can be filtered by tags to support your workflow or reporting needs for a filtered export of your calls.
After adding Tags to message conversations, you can then also view a report of your Messages by Tag.
