Your voicemails can be transcribed into to text. Our system uses powerful specialized machine learning models to transcribe voicemail audio to text, which will be sent with email notifications and can be integrated with other systems.
To enable transcriptions, select the Transcriptions option on the Voicemail Step in your Call Flow.
Once transcriptions are enabled, voicemails will have transcriptions processed and sent with the email notification and added to the details.
