Call Tracker is a white label application that can be rebranded to look like your own product. You can integrate it with other systems and customize the application itself with your own domain and branding so you can resell call tracking services to your customers.
There are multiple ways you can customize Call Tracker to match your brand. To view the settings, enable the Agency Edition from your Account Settings page and then go to the Branding Settings.
If you have customers with account access, you might like to replace our calltracker.io domain with your own custom domain such as calls.yourdomain.com. For your clients, it will appear as if they haven't left your website when logging in.
When your clients are viewing the help docs, they will see a small link in the sidebar for support. We'll use your support email address so that support requests can be routed through your team so their is experience seamless with your team and support flow.
Adding your company logo is a great way to keep your client's experience inside your brand. After uploading your logo, the logo will be used for login/logout (on your custom domain), through the site in the header, and on all email notifications for calls, password updates, and user invites.
To compliment your logo, you'll also want update the Header Color and Header Text Color to match your brand's style.
