Call recording can be beneficial for many different reasons but there is some legal prudence needed before using it. Federal and State Laws vary, some states require that both parties consent to recording the call, some only require one party.
Important We highly recommend informing callers that you are recording the call with a pre-call message such as This call may be recorded for quality assurance.
On the Tracker Settings, the last setting is for for Call Recording. We also recommend adding a message that will be played for the caller such as, This call may be recorded for quality assurance.
