Attributing Call Value

Adding value to calls helps you keep track of value brought in by each of your tracking numbers and marketing sources. You can manually add call values or automatically add call values for all answered calls.

Manually Add Call Values

You can manually add or update a call's value on the Call Detail view.

Automatically Add Call Values

You can configure call values to be automatically set for calls that last more then 2 minutes by configuring the Default Answered Call Value in the Tracker Settings.

Sort & Filter by Call Values

Using the filters on the Call List View, you can search and filter call calls by a range of call values using the Minimum and Maximum Value fields to narrow down your search.
